Prestige Doors (Southern) Ltd is an established specialist door company based in West Sussex, providing professional door installation, repair, servicing and maintenance services to commercial, industrial and domestic customers throughout Sussex and the surrounding areas.
We specialise in a comprehensive range of industrial, commercial and residential door systems, providing solutions for everything from warehouses, factories, workshops, retail premises and commercial buildings through to private homes and garages. Our experienced team can assist with new installations, replacement doors, breakdowns, ongoing maintenance, safety improvements, automation and replacement components.
Our product and service range includes industrial and domestic roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, steel personnel and security doors, high-speed doors, aluminium shutters, collapsible security gates, security grilles, wicket doors, automated gates and a variety of domestic garage doors, including sectional, roller, up-and-over and side-hinged systems. We can supply and install both manual and electrically operated systems, as well as upgrading suitable existing doors with automation and modern control equipment.
Alongside complete door installations, we provide a comprehensive repair and fault-finding service. Our engineers regularly diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and operational faults and can replace components including motors, control systems, safety edges, photocells, safety and inertia brakes, locking systems, bullet locks, panic hardware, keypads, door closers and other associated door hardware.
Planned preventative maintenance is an important part of our service. We provide routine servicing and maintenance for businesses looking to keep their doors operating safely and reliably, identify developing faults before they result in breakdowns and maintain appropriate records of the condition and operation of their equipment. Following maintenance visits, we can provide recommendations and quotations for any repairs, safety improvements or remedial works identified by our engineers.
Safety is central to the way we work. Our team assesses the operation and safety features of the doors we attend and can advise on appropriate upgrades where existing systems no longer provide the level of protection required. We can install and maintain safety devices including photocells, safety edges, brakes and associated control equipment, helping customers maintain safe and dependable door systems.
For customers experiencing unexpected breakdowns, damaged doors or access and security problems, Prestige Doors also operates a 24/7 emergency call-out service. Our engineers can attend urgent faults to assess the problem, make the area safe and, wherever possible, restore operation or secure the premises while any further parts or remedial works are arranged.
From a single domestic garage door through to multiple industrial doors across commercial premises, we aim to provide a complete service throughout the life of the door — from initial survey and quotation through to supply, installation, ongoing servicing, repairs, upgrades and emergency support.
Prestige Doors (Southern) Ltd is SafeContractor accredited and works with businesses, contractors, facilities teams, property managers and homeowners, providing a professional, safety-conscious and practical approach to every project.
